I'm thinking I'm going to take the suggestion to have a folder by creator for those mods. There are a lot of smaller game play mods that only have one file. I want to keep all of those files together to easily update the mod. ![]() Many of the larger game play mods have several files. Most glitches happen with game play mods.Įxample: Script Sacerifical Passionate Romance. ![]() By using script, this let's me know quickly at a glance if the folder is a game play mod or CC. These mods I start with script, creators name, then mod title. Now any mod that adds game play, or changes the game in any way I put in their own folders, except for UI Cheats. This is useful if I accidently put a women's hair in the men's folder or I download sacerifical's mods. Hover over each name with the cursor, and choose which folder you want to delete the file from. If you want to find the duplicates quickly, put the package name in the search bar in the mods folder. MC Comand Center and better exceptions lets you know if there is a duplicate. They are fine if you only have a small number of cc. I noticed my game runs better without image or text files in the folders. Otherwise I was looking at each folder to see if I downloaded something or not already. If I download several more hair, I just dump the package files into the folder. When I go to look through all the women's hair, the package files are already sorted by creator. ![]() What I found out is creators will put their name at the beginning of the package file. Two folders deep only for sets to keep sets together. These foliders I name what the item is such as women's hair, men's hair, women's clothes, men's clothes, shoes, wall paper, doors, bedroom sets, living room sets, and etc.Įxample: CC woman's clothes. I have build/buy and cas folders begin with cc.
